Applying to Host a Satellite Session
Satellites applications must be made though the Online Satellites and Exhibition Management (OSEM) tool at www.aids2008.org.
The deadline for applications is 31 March 2008.
Organizations seeking to apply for a waiver of the satellite fee should email
with full details of the intended satellite, including topic, proposed speakers, expected attendance, organizer name and session description. A limited number of free satellite slots are available. The form for fee waiver is available here.
Use of Conference Name and Logo
Use of the conference logo without written permission is strictly prohibited. Requests for permission to use the logo must be made in writing to the conference organizers.
