Applying for Exhibition Space

Exhibition applications must be made though the Online Satellites and Exhibition Management (OSEM) tool at www.aids2008.org. Exhibition space costs US$ 450 per square metre for both commercial and non-commercial organizations.

The deadline for exhibition applications is 31 May 2008.

If capacity is reached, exhibitions will be closed earlier than the planned date.

Free Exhibition Space in the Global Village

A number of free/discounted exhibit booths for AIDS service organizations, non-commercial organizations and NGOs are planned within the Global Village. As space is limited, a selection process will take place once all applications have been received by the deadline. Application forms for free exhibit space in the Global Village, as well as for other proposed Global Village activities (including workshops, forums, networking areas, marketplace, and so on) will be available on the website from December 2007. Application deadlines will also be posted on the website.

Use of Conference Name and Logo

Use of the conference logo without written permission is strictly prohibited. Requests for permission to use the logo must be made in writing to the conference organizers.
