Group Registration

GROUP REGISTRATION IS ONLY APPLICABLE TO REGISTRATION OF 10 PERSONS OR MORE.

Important information
Any group registration received, of 10 persons or less, will be rejected and a request made for each individual participant to register directly through their own conference profile.

The registration fee structure is identical to the structure for individual delegates which is based on the World Bank Classification for high-income countries and middle/low-income countries.

Group members must be at least 18 years old (as of 3 August 2008). Group members may be asked at any time to present a valid form of identification stating their age.

Group members can not register accompanying persons.

As part of the registration, each member is entitled to contribute Euro 50 of the registration fee towards one of three options. (This is included and will not be an extra cost to you.)

IAS membership
If the group member is already an IAS member, the membership will be extended for two years. Otherwise, a new membership for two years will be given.

Conference scholarship fund
The contribution will be used towards the International Scholarship Programme of the International AIDS Conference.

Contribution to the conference co-organizers
The contribution will be equally split between the co-organizers of the International AIDS Conference.
